I returned for a great retreat in Italy and fell in love with the landscape and the group environment.

 

Hanging out for a few days with like minded souls and sharing experiences worked wonders.

 

The weeks in Italy and further afield can be an investment so I am thrilled to spot there are shorter weekends of the experience in London.
